How to Log In

1. The "log in" button is on the right-hand side of the webpage, at the top.

2. Use your library card number and pin to sign in. You can use a library card from any library in the Hidalgo county. If you don't have a library card, visit the Elsa Library to get one! (You will need an ID and a proof of address, such as a bill.)

How to Search by Location - Elsa

1. On the left-hand side, under "Searching," see where it says "# Locations."

2. Press "Change" and select any library you want.
